Photocopieurs.be is a matchmaking service connecting businesses and professionals seeking printing solutions (photocopiers, multifunction printers) with specialized suppliers in this field.

Our service is completely free for quote requesters.

2. How the service works

When you submit a quote request through our form, you agree that your contact details and project information will be shared with a maximum of three (3) partner suppliers who can meet your needs.

These suppliers will contact you directly to present their offers and provide a personalized quote. You are free to accept or decline any commercial proposal.

3. Personal data

The data collected through our form includes:

• First and last name
• Company name (optional)
• Professional email address
• Phone number
• Information about your needs (type of service, estimated volume)

This data is used exclusively to:

• Forward your request to selected suppliers (maximum 3)
• Follow up on your request
• Improve the quality of our service

Your data is never sold to third parties. It is retained for a maximum of 12 months after your last interaction with our service.

4. Your rights

Photocopieurs.be acts solely as an intermediary. We are not a party to any contracts concluded between you and the suppliers. We cannot be held liable for the offers, prices, delivery times, or service quality provided by suppliers.
